Returns & Exchanges Policy Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hi@latwinflame.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
