Refund policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges only with the following conditions:

• Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hi@latwinflame.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
